What can you expect from a 2 Hour shamanic ceremony?

Invitation and Welcome into Sacred Space. What is shamanism? What are we doing here?
Exploration of given topic like your own personal vision and talent. This is the reasonable, reflected approach to set the tone for the work that we will do together in the unconscious.
Divination using cards, stones or candles to tap into the realm of shadow and the individual intuition with regards to given topic like your vision and talent. We show our mind how to take a step back
Breathing practice.
Collective guided shamanic journey accompanied by scents and rattle or drum. This is a meditative visualisation and sensing practice which was used by Carl Gustav Jung in his therapies as well. We do this by sitting or lying down and closing our eyes.
Resolution of the collective journey and clarification of any questions that might have come up. We find our own individual vision and also a collective vision, which can be especially valuable for teamwork.
Establishing a new practice or habit (1 min a day) to take home and anchor in our minds and bodies. This is the closing part where we step into gratitude, transformation and a new beginning.
